How the billing actually works
The trial does not cut you off
When it ends you get a grace period with a banner before anything stops. Cutting a restaurant off mid-service is not how anybody gets paid.
Bank transfer today
We issue an invoice with our account details and the invoice number as the reference. Card billing is coming; nothing about using Sellify changes when it does.
Branches are counted, not guessed
You pay for the branches you have. Add one and it is charged from that month; the API enforces your plan’s limit rather than the screen hiding it.
No charge for the setup
We provision your company, your first branch and your owner login, and we sit with you while your catalog and taxes go in.
Your data stays yours
Products, items, suppliers and stock all export to Excel with the same columns the import reads. Leaving is never held over you.

What hardware do I need?
A browser is enough to start — any laptop or desktop. For a proper counter, an Android tablet or a Sunmi terminal runs the same till with offline selling, a built-in printer and a barcode scanner. Thermal printers on 80mm or 58mm, network or Bluetooth, and A4 invoices as PDF. The receipt is built on the server, so every device prints exactly the same slip.
How many branches and tills can I have?
That depends on the plan, and every plan says so on the pricing page. Stock, cost and reports are kept per branch — one branch buying cheese dear does not move another branch’s food cost — and a transfer between branches carries the sending branch’s cost with it.
Can I try it before I pay?
Every new company starts on a free trial with everything switched on. We set the company, its first branch and your owner login up for you in one step, so there is no half-configured account to fight with. When the trial ends the till does not cut off dead — there is a grace period with a banner first, because stopping a restaurant mid-service is not how anybody gets paid.
How do I pay for it?
Bank transfer today. We issue an invoice, you pay into the account on it, and we record the payment against your subscription. Card billing is coming; nothing about how you use Sellify changes when it does.
