The service
Sellify is point-of-sale software provided over the internet, together with an Android application. We provision your company, your first branch and your owner login. You are responsible for what your staff do with the accounts you give them.
Trials
Every new company starts on a free trial with everything switched on. When it ends, a grace period follows with a banner before anything stops. We do not cut a shop off mid-service without warning.
Paying
Plans are billed monthly in PKR: a price for the company plus a price for each branch beyond the ones the plan includes. We issue an invoice with the payment details and the invoice number as the reference. Payment is by bank transfer.
If an invoice goes unpaid
We will chase it by phone before anything else happens. After the grace period on your plan, the account can be suspended, which blocks sign-in for your users. Your data is not deleted; the account is reopened when the invoice is settled.
Your data
It stays yours. You can export your catalog, items, suppliers and stock at any time. If you leave and want the rest, ask and we will provide it.
Uptime and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times and we answer the phone ourselves during business hours. Where the internet at your premises is the problem, the Android till is designed to keep selling through it.
Tax rates
The rates a new company starts with are a starting point, not advice. Confirm them with your own authority — FBR, PRA, SRB or another — before you file. You can edit every rate yourself, per company and per branch.
Fair use
Do not resell Sellify, share one company account across separate businesses, or attempt to reach another company’s data. Any of those ends the agreement.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you get, we will tell you before it takes effect.
