For cafés & coffee shops
Nobody orders “a coffee”
They order a large, oat milk, one sugar, extra shot, to sit in. Sellify asks that in four taps, charges for the parts that cost money, takes the milk off the shelf, and sends the bar a slip that says exactly what to make.
The order
An option that costs you something, costs them something
Oat milk is not free to you, so it is not free on the bill — and it comes off the oat milk on the shelf at the same time. A syrup pump, an extra shot, a takeaway cup: each can carry its own ingredients as well as its own charge.
The charge can follow the size
An extra shot on a small and on a large need not be the same money, from one option rather than two.
And the milk follows the size too
A large takes more. Requirements add up across options rather than overwriting each other, so what leaves the shelf is what the barista actually used.
Options only where they belong
A syrup that only goes in a latte does not appear on a filter coffee. Nothing is greyed out — it simply is not offered.
The ticket remembers what was asked for
The bar slip, the receipt and the stock deduction all read the same snapshot. Changing a price tomorrow never rewrites today’s cup.

The floor
A table has one bill, and the bill follows the table
Somebody sits down, orders, orders again an hour later, and pays at the counter on the way out. That is the whole shape of a café, and it is what the till is built around.
One live bill per table
Punch a table that is already taken and the till refuses it by name. Two bills on one table is two slips both headed TABLE 4.
Place first, pay later
The order goes to the bar and the table is occupied. The bill is settled when they ask for it, on whichever till they walk up to.
A waiter on a phone
They take the order at the table and it lands on every till in the shop within seconds. Their phone is not a till, takes no money, and does not count against your plan.
Another round adds, it does not repeat
Two more flat whites sends the bar TWO — headed ADDED TO ORDER — not the whole table again.
The bar and the kitchen, separately
Drinks to the bar, food to the pass, each on its own roll. Or one slip in sections, if that is how you work.
Prices off the waiter’s screen, if you want
A shop that would rather its floor staff not carry the price list can turn the money off — and it is the server that withholds it, not the screen hiding it.

The money
What a cup costs you, and where the rest of it went
Beans, milk, syrup, cup and lid — written once as a recipe, costed at what your shop actually paid, and read back four ways.
Per drink, and per outlet per day
Each branch costed on its own shelf. A city figure is its shops added together and then divided — never an average of averages.
Against your own count
What the sales should have used, against what is actually left. That gap is the one worth chasing.
Cash and card at their own tax rates
The payment method picks the rate, a split blends the two by how much went each way, and the tax is reported split for filing.
Foodpanda without breaking the drawer
A platform order is rung on your till but never counted as cash you are holding. Later, record what they actually paid and read the gap.
Straight answers
What Sellify does not do for a café
No loyalty points or stamp cards
Customers, their history and a standing discount you give somebody personally are all there. A points scheme that earns and redeems is not.
No floor plan to drag tables around on
A table can be booked for Saturday and the diary will not let two parties hold it at once. What there is not is a picture of your room to move tables about on — a table is a number here.
The waiter’s phone needs a connection
An order sitting on one waiter’s phone is an order the bar has not seen and no till can settle — which is the whole thing that feature exists to prevent. It says so plainly rather than half-working.
FBR integration is not live yet
Tax is real and per branch. The connection that files with the authority is built but not certified, and we will not claim otherwise.
Bring us your menu board
A photo of it. We will build your sizes, your milks and your extras before the call, so what you are ringing up is your own café rather than a demo one.
No card needed. We set your company, your first branch and your login up in one go.
