POS software in Pakistan
POS software built for how Pakistani shops actually trade
Tax per branch with PRA, SRB and FBR. A cash rate and a card rate. Easypaisa, JazzCash and khata. Delivery apps, your own riders, and a till that keeps selling when the light goes.
What a POS here has to get right
Nine things a POS written for somewhere else gets wrong
Tax per branch, not per company
A Lahore branch files with PRA, a Karachi branch with SRB, an Islamabad shop with FBR — each with its own NTN, STRN and rates. Sellify sets the authority on the branch.
A cash rate and a card rate
The payment method picks the rate. A split payment blends the two by how much is paid each way, and the tax report shows tax collected per method for filing.
Invoices filed with the authority
The invoice number and QR code print on the receipt. SRB filing is live with restaurants today; FBR and PRA are built on the same platform and switched on per branch.
Selling through load-shedding
The till holds your prices, taxes and offers, takes the money and prints the receipt with the internet down, then sends everything up when it is back.
Easypaisa, JazzCash, card and bank
Each wallet and each bank is its own account in the books, so the Z report says how much went to JazzCash and how much to the bank — and the statement can be checked against it.
Khata done properly
Sales on account go on a real ledger: who owes what, since when, against which bill, with statements you can hand over.
Delivery apps and your own riders
Platform orders are kept apart with their commission, and your own riders are dispatched and settled at the end of their round.
A day that ends when yours does
A restaurant open until 3am closes its day in the morning, not at midnight — so a 2am sale lands on the right day’s report.
A bill that comes to the rupee
A cash bill rounds to the nearest rupee and the till shows the change to give. Card and wallet bills stay exact.
Tax authorities
FBR, PRA and SRB — each where it belongs
Which authority a sale is filed with is a fact about the branch. Sellify sets it there, so a chain across provinces is one account and one set of reports.

Questions
What shop owners ask us
What is the best POS software in Pakistan?
The one that files with your tax authority, keeps selling through load-shedding, handles khata and wallets, and reports per branch. Shortlist two or three, ask each to ring a real sale on your own menu, and look at the receipt and the day close.
Does Sellify work with FBR, PRA and SRB?
Yes. Each branch picks its authority. SRB filing is live with restaurants today; FBR and PRA are built on PRAL’s platform and switched on per branch.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The till prices the sale, prints the receipt and takes the money offline, and syncs when the connection returns. A few things need the server — a promo code, a khata limit — and the till says so in a sentence.
Can it run on hardware I already have?
Usually. A Windows PC, an Android tablet, a Sunmi terminal or a browser, with any thermal receipt printer and any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner.
Is there help in Urdu?
The help assistant inside Sellify answers in the language you ask in — English, Urdu or Roman Urdu — and we support shops over WhatsApp.
